I looted some nifty things!

Last week my mother took me with her on a hunt for furniture to a place tht sells old things.
As for myself, I have always loved possessing objects that are not brand-new and many nifty little decorations in my little realm have been found at jumble sales.
This place she took me to though was nothing like the markets and stores I have been to before - it was magical
Imagine an entire house bursting of the most different things - from furniture to lamps, books, and the usual this and that - everything you can see, you can buy.

We spent our forenoon with trying to get a glimpse of about everything but as you can imagine - it was quite achallenge, so mucht o see and so much to look at! I doubt that I have managed to take a glance at everything this place had to offer...

All in all, it reminded me a wee bit of an overly-stuffed Hobbithole, I felt like particitating in the big selling of Bilbio's belongings!

Amongst four new kitchenchairs (or lovely Baroque-esque shape) that my mother found for our kitchen, I myself looted some nifty little things as well: some new mugs, a beautiful wodden box, some keys and  bottles (for crafting and costume purposes), a brass bell and - what I am most excited about: a rocking chair that looks like it belongs into a cozy library. I spotted it in the yard and dragged my mother towards it, whilst letting out some shrieks of excitement because I loved it so much.
It was not a question that this chair was made to grace my woodland kingdom!

After some "restaurating" and cleaning work, this chair is now placed in my realm.

A Viking-guard for my pc to fight all the nasty viruses my MMOs like to attract (now that I look at it, I think I should have switched the pc's effect-light to red to make it look more fierce ^~^)

An entire wall of old keys! Of which most are mine now!

One of my new nifty cups (and some keys) - It looks very much like something that could have been looted from a dwarf-city! Needless to say; my mother hates it (the Elfgame is strong ;))

This box is now holding some of my rings (Don't tell Sauron)

I wish the picture could capture the beautiful, clear sound it creates when rung!

~

Do you love to look through second hand things as well and have you ever found any nifty things?
A magical weekend with lots of creativity and snow to you~
