Yes, yes it is going to happen; I will start working on my driving license. I never really had the desire to learn how to actually drive a car, especially since I am very much used to and content to go by train but it appears that my family had different plans.
Usually a driving license is the typical graduation gift but I could escape back then becasue I didn't feel it was necessary for me to drive around in a steel carriage (and I still don't think it is a must-do) but tis year my mother and her boyfriend decided that it was about time to bestow an early birthday gift upon me. Had already been mildly alerted when I saw her face but oh well, it is all settled and paid the only thing that is left is for me to actually enter a car and lead it into doom.
(I am not a bad driver though, I already had my share in fiddling a wee bit with it when my father decided to give me some private driving lessons on a small road next to a field in the countryside and it was quite funny). We shall see where this goes but alas at least now no one can try pestering me with "how important and necessary a driving license is" haha.
I am a lot more excited for this than I thought I would be! I'll be navigating a fire breathing steel dragon soon *epic music and mad laughter*

I also made another visit at my future cat's home to have him get to know me a wee bit more - and how brave and cuddly he was today!
Unlike last time, he didn't run away when I came close and he allowed to be touched (and very quickly enjoyed it loads and got the typical "Don't stop!"-face that cats have a grand talent for. I am still beyond happy that little Guinness seems to have accepted me he is such a fun and sweet little fella!

I also discovered that his current foster parents are quite fond of minerals and crystals themselves and they presented their gorgeous collection (mostly self-found treasures) to me and I was in awe! They too seemed fondest of crystals in their natural shape and oh, they were kind enough to give a gorgeous Austrian Emerald to me, as a small addition for my kingdom *excited shrieks of awe* It will be given a special spot between my very own treasures, just look at this amazing texture!
