I must say, the past days have been insanely productive and went by so fast! The entire week feels like one big blur to me to be honest...
This has been my usual scenario (although I only went to Starbucks once, I actually don't really enjoy studying there, too noisy, too many people and too much going on that can potentially distract me

Almost wekend, whee!
It also seems that I had upset mother nature somehow with last post, for the day after, I woke up to this:

Yes.
Combining my home and my university area, I have experienced snow, rain, snowy rain, hail and sunshine within a time-span of just a couple of hours! Fascinating.
Although there were still a few snow-patches left today, I could already tell they would melt soon. Look at this gorgeous sunrise!

There is something very homey about evergreens, I cannot place it exactly, but I love looking at them...
Now why am I listening to this you may ask.
Because I messed up. Not just once, as already implied by the title, but I have created an epic double fail.
Fail numer one: I forgot my homework at home. Particularily nasty, because it was quite a lot and it took me hours to solve. And naturally, I didn't have my textbooks or even calculator with me, as I was expecting to have my nifty papers in my backpack. But oh well, it is just maths, I have solved it once, I will solve it again and I have internet connection.
Fail number two: So I decide to not go to my first lecture and use the time to work on the matter. And that is exactly what I did the past two hours. Around nine though, when I was almost halfway through, I log on to my university's paltform, to actually register that I have solved it.
I am not used to do this digitally, usually they pass around a sheet of paper where you check off what you have done and then sign it. And guess what. Unlike last week, the deadline for registration is not 12 o'clock, it was 5 am. Which means, that I essentially did my homework again, for nothing, because now I am not allowed to hand it in :'D

fml...

(I just labeled it accordingly)
Of course it was not really for nothing, it was great practise and also quite....educational. I don't think either of this will ever happen again. *laughs* Mailing the professor acchieved nothing but the recommendation to be on time next week. Thanks a lot. I would have never guessed.
*eats more strawberries*
Not being able to hand it in and possibly having to present it however means I won't have to actually physically be there (I know my answers were correct) - which further means: unexpected leisure time!
A couple of epic fails every now and then are a good thing though, at least for me. If things go to smoothly, I fall back into my infamous athlete-thinking of "I am the queen of what I am doing. Much ambition, such success, wow." *hairflip* A healthy mix of "holy shit" and the above is ideal in my opinion.
And in this sense, I will leave you with one of my favourite quotes (not very big on quotes, but some just stick with you)~
(edit: where did my redheads go? Where is my army? NOOOO...!!)
