So much blue!

I was so mentally prepared to have my first day at uni toda, but even after a term I always forget that my mondays are free - so odd and yet more than welcome!
Snoozing through my alarmclock I decided to start my day with a long kitty-cuddle-session, bombastic breakfast and some Jedi-training later on *winks*

Speaking of which, I've had quite the fun incident happening to me yesterday at the gym.
I somehow managed to forget my waterbottle at home and decided to not bother with a supermarket and just buy something from the vending machine in one of the workout-rooms, in order to have something with this typical sports lids that makes it easier to drink from without spilling everything all over yourself.
I usually like the blue ones best, so I picked one of that colour. During my cardio I started noticing that my heartrate was going up a lot faster than usual and at some point I decided to lie down for a bit and then go home, because whatever was going on was not good. And I started wondering: was it my asthma-medication? Maybe a pollen-sideeffect? Just a bad day? Am I getting out of shape?
Well, at home, when I took the empty bottle out of my bag to maybe drink the last bit, I suddenly realized where all of this was comming from: it must have somehow slipped my eyes, that I didn't buy an isotonic beverage, but an energydrink and half a litre of it that was probably not supposed to be drunk within twenty minutes...
I felt quite stupid.

Today I will make up for yesterday's not so intense session .
And I am beyond excited for the evening as it is pen and papernight again and I finally have a worthy adventure notebook/diary for my new Elf -- blue is totally her colour:

I normally go for un-ruled paper so that I am able to add my drawings into the book, but with this one I  found it to be mor fitting to have everything look very neat and put my hand-drawn maps and such into the back-pocket of this notebook, that I have already filled with drawing paper. 'The design on the book itself is actually perfect and I hope that I can either fit the entire adventure into this one, or that this particular style will still be available when I am possibly in need of a second "volume".

I also had a bit of a creative moment on saturday noon, where I sketched out my new pen and paper character - I haven't decided if it is finished or if I want to add a background but you shall have an exclusive preview *winks*

Now it's time for me to pack my things: gear of the day is a blue "Dalaran University" Shirt - but oh well, for some reason blue has always been my prefered colour for sports (except for fencing where I went for red instead for psychological reasons). I seem to have wiote an amount of blue in my life actually... even my lightsabre would have a blue crystal and oh, not to mention that both of my melee larp characters belong to a fraction that has blue as their signature colour - and don't get me started on my Hogwarts house or my gaming colour (aka the colour I choose to have my hardware glow in)  *laughs*
