My week and some future plans... *quality content*

All in all my week has not been that eventful - sorry. "quality content"? Sorry haha.

Yesterday's highlight (new vegan yoghurt that actually tastes NICE!)

Mostly spent my time being in bed feeling sick, only Wednesday night and Thursday seemed like there was an end in sight, but Friday morning was quite the back-lash.

However, the awful no-warm-water-situation has been fixed and I am beyond happy to finally be able to have warm showers at my house again *bless*

Living off of smoothiebowls for the last days, strawberry/banana is my personal favourite!

... and for some reason it is almost impossible to take a picture of my furball where he doesn't look super annoyed (maybe I am to blame thehe)

 Ah, there we go!

It is already time to go to bed for me, but I had been working on some creative writings and wanted to get this post out before tomorrow's mothersday (which also happens to be my mother's birthday!) I am a wee bit bummed out that I will probably not be able to attend all of the surprise party I had been organizing the past months, but I am sure I can make it for a couple of hours at least...

Also I have been thinking about something; I am planning on trying to do a two months long raw only diet to see if it has a positive effect on my knee-situation. Not that it has become worse, but it has also not exactly become better and this is something I haven't properly tried yet.
I had a failed attempt where I tried eating raw food until around four o'clock, but I have not felt strong enough to attempt the full programme.
You either go had or you go home.
First I need to use up all the products in the fridge I'd not be allowed eating then; but once that is done, I will start.

It's going to be hard saying goodbye to chocolate for real this time, even if it is just two months and also bye to certain spices, SALT and oooh... bread.
I feel like it is the right time now, I am motivated and I know I can manage - I know a couple of raw-vegan recipes already (one of them my own invention and it tastes just like a gingerbread-ish cookie. My cousin is crazy for this stuff and has incorporated it as a healthier version of one of our favourite sweets into his own diet thehe); and I am super excited to try more and maybe if some of you are interested, I can share a couple of the actually really good recipes on here every now and then (because honestly those sweets....you would NOT believe it is actually raw vegan without sugar or anything...)
The only thing that I am thinking about is maybe getting mypaws on a better blender, it would make this time a whole lot easier if I could just blend vegetables I kinda don't want to eat raw (but have to for nutrient reasons) into a smoothie hmmm... Nutribullet, maybe, finally?

Actually...  hmm; we shall see, I have been wanting one for ages, maybe it is the time for a self-gift that could actually help improve my health (we will see about the extent thehe)

Yes, I am a crazy Elf.
But one has to be ready to try everything open minded :)
