Something a little less exciting was that my cat managed to get a nasty ear infection about two weeks ago and I really cannot wait when I can stop tormenting him with massaging medication down the swollen area. Ginni is such a gentle and soft little cat, I hate knowing he is in pain, eventhough I can tell that it has gotten a whole lot better by now. The checkup at the vet will say more.
I have also been feeling oddly motivated to study (and where this is comming from none can say) so I suppose I will search for a test I can take at the beginning of next term, once I am back from my upcomming holiday.
Aside form all of this, I did a two-night-project of creating a cotume based on my favourite ever ingame armour:
The stress is on "based on", one day I would love to actually recreate this, but it's not this day.
We all know how much I enjoy designing costumes and somethign Dragon Age Templar-inspired was bound to happen at some point. The initial plan for this costume did look very differnt; I had wanted to make a forest green tabard with the Templar sigil and then pair it up with my axisting armour pieces, burly hair, Dalish ears and some Vallaslin tatoos on my face.
Because the shades of green were not satisfying, I went for colours based on more on the ones seen in the picture above and the Red Templar concept was born. If the weather is going to be kind tomorrow, then that is when the first photos will be taken *winks* Freehanding all the patterns onto the fabric prooved to be quite.nerve wrecking but everything ended up being symmetrical ... phew.
By now you have probably seen my makeuptest photo flying around on facebook or instagram (or twitter), but if not, then let me tell you, I terrifyed my cat with it.

Also there are a couple of things I am awaiting in the mail, one of which really is supposed to be arriving today, and I keep ckecking the entrance door in hopes it will be delivered. I would very much prefer actually having contact lenses tomorrow instead of having to help out with photoshop.
Aside from that, I have been quite the busy Elf with tidying; yesterday I re-organized parts of my Magic collection (which is not that big but big enough), my art supplies (THAT was a challenge!) and doind some LARP preperation/brainstorming work. First crafting session for this NPC is going to happen tonight and I am very excited!
I have also really laid my eyes on a specific Filofax planner amd I am probably going to suggest it as a birthdaypresent or just gift it to myself then. I am so very picky with my agenda (no, really, it is almost impossible for me to find something that works for me because I am oddly specific with my stationairy and such) and I think that would be a whole lot easier, if I could fill it with the sheets that I want and possibly print my own refills if I want something specific layout wise.
The only thing (aside from the price) that does put me off a little bit is that I am not yet sure if the size of that planner (because IF, then I will go for A5) is maybe too big. The sheets will eb A5, but the overall planner will of course be bigger. We shall see.
Now I realy have to go back to packing my things for the trip tomorrow - things = costumes, swords and nothing that you would consider to be normal luggage; and then finish editing a video that I had filmed a while ago, so that it can possibly go online on thursday.
Wishing you all a productive tuesday and lots of inspiration for your own projects!~
