What inspired me today? (Oh gosh am I thankful for multi-tasking!!)

Today was one of these days that I call "get creative or get insane" - which means that my inspiration and general creativity is even higher than usual (and you guys know how easily I get inspired) that if I cannot get my hands on a piece of paper or something to craft, I will start feeling uneasy.
It is hard to explain, what it is like, but sometimes, certain images want to be drawn and I had quite some fun speed-attacking my sketchbook at uni today and create a few little sketches featuring my pen and paper character and a random bird man.

Not sure if I will finish either of the two, we shall see ^~^

The damage done before the lecture was over: (with lots of darkness, because of a lack of colours in my pencilcase)

So glad I can still pay attention whilst drawing ^__^;;

But speaking of darkness, I had another thing that started inspiring me today -  something a wee bit unusual actually!

I am not someone who listens to the radio a lot or even watches music videos -- I excuse myself for being late with these ones, but I am in love with the, in my opinion brilliant productions by woodkid!
The music videos of "Iron" and "Run boy run" really trigger my imagination - what is the story behind this, who are those people, what kind of world is it set in?
It almost looks like a post-apocalyptic blend of historical timelines with fantasy-elements
