Ninja cats and tacky Christmas Elves

Although his fluffy face might distract from it, fact is; my cat is a sneaky little ninja. I should have been warned by nlack fur, or by his talent to remin unseen (espevially in the dark), or even by his balancing skills and precision in catching the kitty-toys.

 You certainly don't want to get on Ginni's wrong side, I trained him well...

I am by now fully convinced, that his habit of waking me up by putting his paws in my face (sometimes with claws *laughs*) is in fact secret training -- always aiming for the eyes, very proud of my wee one!

Morning-fighting-routine

Apparently he also has knowledge about nasty martial-arts pressure points, becasue a few nights ago he managed to jump into one which was a wee bit unpleasant ^____^;;

Also my apologies for the lack of "quality" posts; my Elfling Seyma is over in my realms at the moment and will stay until Christmas - but wee updates about our adventures in sadly-not-so-snows-Austria will magically show up every now and then :3

Yesterday we already went to the cits for a little, to go to the art store, where I was hunting for Christmas-cards supplies (the crafting has begun). I also made her wait a litt,e as I was challenged to a lightsabre-duel in the streets, but a warrior must do, what a warrior has to do....

 Very green this time (or always?) But there is also very sparkly red, I had to keep it tacky.

Originally I wanted to add a nifty photomanipulation again, like last year, but oh, I did not have time to make the quick costume (or even the fabrics) for an upgraded Christmas-Elf version. Because I do not want to reveal the finished cards (it is all about the surprise and I don't want to risk the people recieving them, to already see them), here is last year's Noldor-Christmas edit -- maybe I still come up with at least something this year *winks*

Nothing gets you more into the holiday spirit than the smell of burning ships, blood and Teleri-tears.The Tengwar text says: "mereth veren edoled eruion!" which is my translation for Merry Christmas in Elvish.

Now it is time to put some very thoughtful (and hopefully also slightly stupid) text into the cards and ship them this afternon hopefully. It might require some magic to still have them arrive before the actual holiday, but I am hoping for the best!~
