The Return of the Glitter

When I went out to loot some art supplies, I came across these nifty glasses of glitter and I could not resist to stock up. As someone, who is always out of glitter when it is needed, this should last - for a while...

So much glitter - so many possibilities!
Look at the texture!
SPARKLE!

Nature has decided to follow up with my sudden glitter-fying of everything - this was what I was greeted by this morning:

I just love the sight of leaves kissed by the frost; the closer you look, the more details you can see and the more complex it becomes (and the more stares you get from pass-by-ers *laughs*) a unision of life and death in a way, an artwork of it's own - mother nature is my favourite artist after all...

In a way I want for this weather to stay - the cold fog and the delicate icy crystals wverywhere, but on the other hand, this feels a lot more like November than Dember...Sometimes I am getting the feeling the year is behind the schedule humanity made up, maybe we should slow down a little...

But these were not the only sparkly things I have seen today! I also went to the christmas market at Schönbrunn where I have seen treasures of their own! Pictures cannot possibly capture the atmosphere, but for the sake of the holiday-spirit, I shall add a few anyways:

(this one is my favourite! So many nifty notebooks, prints and bookmarks! All you need to be happy)

...if only photos could also capture scent...the smell of beeswax is divine

more book and writing glory

It has been a nice, yet busy dayand tomorrow I cannot sleep in because this one will be at the airport to pick up my little Elfling comming over all the way from England to stay with me for the next week!
And thus begins the adventure!

Bonus: Someone's cat decided that it was snuggle-time, not crafting-time:
