(it was a Skyrim quote... in case you did not notice ^~^)
Except for my workout after lunch, I spent most of the day in front of the sceen and there is no end in sight just yet!
I already did my university work, my driving theory studies, (almost most importantly:) finally finishing this last fic chapter (!!!) and currently I am right in the middle of editing photos. I often do little retouch work for my relatives (the word spreads, you know?), but this particular set of pictures dates back to a wee photography job I did at a birthday party, and now I am making sure, that every photo on the CD looks as decent as possible.
The usual desk-setup for editing
We shall see if I can go through all photos before my movie is over -- not too sure as it is a lot of pictures! -- but in worst case scenario; Sucker Punch is next one in line.
I also started with dying the leather for my armour today, leaving my hands so stained that i will have to soak them in loads of hot water later on; or just live with the stains for a few days. Next time wear gloves...oh well.
The results so far look quite promising, but I will need a whole lot more dye to cover the entirety of the patch. I shall loot some more tomorrow, when I roam about in the city with my dad.
Oh, and before I forget - I have a photo documentary of the steps I took in this armour project, but it will be sumed up specific posts just about that later on.
We will see if it becomes a "how to armour" or a "how not to armour" thing, but it might proove helpful for those wanting to create something from leather and have no clue how to do that (like myself).

Now, this dirty-handed Elf has to go back to work, but I can already promise, that the post about the Jedi adventures with my little Elfling will be up by tomorrow!
