It might be personal preference, but for me every set of armour has it's own season - and for me, anything steel goes with winter.
Plans were quickly arranged before midnight and then the "crafting" began. I spent quite some time bending (and hammering) my pauldrons into shape, so that they would fir my proportions a little better. The morning after, I hurried to the builder's market, arranged some silver spraypaint, that was supposed to be used for car-tuning and misused it for armour-tuning instead. Way more exciting!
Because I am working on an elven Paladin character at the moment, I tried to at least go with a somewhat fitting colour scheme and ended up wearing quite some of my Drow clothes, but oh well...
It is quite good I am not bothered by people staring, we've had quite some observers, who thought they were being sneaky by tactically hiking around us to enlarge the timespan of getting a glimpse - oh humans, why even bother trying to fool an Elf? *giggles* Currently asking myself how disturbed they are by now and am awaiting interesting rumors by tomorrow.^^
I am still quite surprised what kinds of houtfits I can improvise together from my wardrobe to be honest....
Here are some impressions of today's wintery epicness!

FOR GONDOR!!

Mine.

I think this one is one of my favourite pictures of myself so far - it feels like something, that I had envisioned in my teenage years, came to life, if this makes any sense.

There will be so many more light-magic pictures you guys...I wish this worked in real life...!

Probably a more realistic view on what this character COULD look like on the battlefield thehe - I don't want my hair to be caught in my armour ^~^

And then I went berserc again, SPARKLE! xD
